tomarrow night im getting a brand spankin new 10G for my betta i need help an ideas on what do get an what kinda plants an such. i might even get a sucker fish. keep in mind MONEY IS NO OBJECT FOR A BETTA :wub: !! what to get what to get. an you should help pick his name too its a poll at http://www.fishforums.net/index.php?showtopic=100422
 
Any plants will do, so long as they're not plastic, since plastic plants can tear a betta's delicate fins. Note that live plants need appropriate lighting to survive :)

As for a suckerfish, I'd be very careful about that. Most fish sold as "sucker fish" or "algae eaters" are actually Siamese algae eaters (aka sucking loaches) which grow to enormous sizes and can be quite aggressive. Most plecos grow too large for a 10 gallon as well. Otos would probably be the best option, in my opinion. They've very small and peaceful, so you could have several of them (which is ideal anyway, as they should be kept in groups of at least 3).
A group of 3+ cory catfish would also be a good addition as well, or maybe some African dwarf (not clawed) frogs :)
