I don't have a great camera either, but I found if I changed the shutter speed, my pictures came out much better ;) I have mine set on 1/1000 of a second. Even when moving (both the fish and my unsteady hands), the picture comes out pretty decent. :)

I will do that and try to get a new photo of him. He is a little bit skittish right now. I have the tank he is in in the cabinet of the 100 gallon. When I open the cabinet door he swims behind the filter.
