i dont know about bettas but im sure some body on tff last year posted about their 10 year old plus neon,well i think it was a neon

"I have many neon tetras of my own and I find it hard if not impossible to get a conversation going with them.

So what would is so different about this one!"


and he replied with

"Hi,
Nero the neon fish Is what we would call a spokesman for all neon fish. As he is a neon fish spokesman he is able to speak in many different languages, including Icelandic, French, Swedish, but manly English and Arabic. He is very quite when speaking but by dropping a stethoscope into the tank I can hear him clearly, just as if he was standing right next to me. He is very well spoken and has apparently lectured at many neon fish universities.
