10 Litre For Fry Or Betta And Adf?

I think the title says it all,should i us my 10 litre for my guppy fry(which are in there at the moment)or for a betta and 2 African Dwarf Frogs?

10 litres is a bit small for a Betta and a frog. It will home a betta fine if that is the way you decide to go. Since it's currently occupied I'd say keep the guppies happy
