Right now, my tank has two Anubias, and two Java Ferns, and its looking better than ever. Everyone is very healthy and happy.

Stocking:
4 Neon Tetras
4 Harlequin Rasboras
1 Male Marigold Wag Swordtail

That's great that it's stable. Do you have any pics? Do you plan on upgrading?

If I upgrade, I would need to pay my housing company a $200 deposit, which I don't think will happen any time soon.

Where'd you get that cute little log? I really like it :3

Are you going to be re-homing your swordtail then? I'm not trying to be rude at all, just concerned for the fishies.

Is it bad that I have a swordtail in there? He is the one that adds the most color to my tank, as his yellow really stands out. I quite like him. He races over to my hand when I switch on or off the light <3

That log is actually a Zoo Med sinking betta log. I got it on Amazon. I had a betta in the tank which I adopted. He lived in a small one gallon bowl before he was given to me, but I moved him into the tank. His name was Angel. However, his 1.5 years in the bowl took its toll, and he died a little over a month ago after having his fins randomly fall off one day.

Before that, I was having a problem where everything I put in the tank died within a week, but that problem is gone now. I do hope to get one more 10 gallon tank to divide for two of my bettas, OR to make a female Betta Soriety.

Well the swordtail needs a much larger tank. As you have already noticed, they are active fish and need more length than a ten gallon can provide.

I also wouldn't recommend a sorority tank in a ten gallon. This is the absolute minimum size for a sorority but you would probably have better results in a larger tank. One day I intend to try a sorority again as it was beautiful when it wasn't stressful.

Hm, well I have a friend with a lightly stocked community 30 gallon tank, i'll see if he wants it. :)

Hard to see on your pix but just make sure the rhizone on your plants are not buried/planted under the substrate as they will die

I have the gravel going around the plants so it looks burried, but its really not :)
