10 Gallon Puffer Tank.

I was planning on keeping some Dwarf Puffers in my 10 gallon; but I was wondering how many and I was hoping to get something for the bottom area of the tank. Any suggestions.

3 dps at the absolute most, maybe an oto for a bottom dweller.
