is there a way to like focus the webcam so it would come out clear.

i tried but it doesnt really work that good...
dont have enough money to buya digital right now

Do you have any way to capture the picture as a video? Just use the webcam to take a couple of seconds of video and then just 'cut' a frame out. Then you can try to post it as an image.

p.s. I've never done this before so i'm just chucking up ideas.
