I have a 10 gallon Fish Tank in my room it has everything and its been running for 2 months now so far it has one little fantail goldfish I was wondering if I could put something else with it. Goldfish are not really my department so any advice is welcome!

Thanks!

10 gallon is the bare minimum for a fancy tailed fish. As it gets bigger the 10 gallon will be too small.

yes i agree

goldfish shouldnt be in 10 gallon tanks...more so in little bowls....

but im sure you could find it a proper home ... like a pond or you could return it...

and get lots more cool fish

there are many coldwater fish that can be kept in your tank
all you have to do is pick

Whoweeeeeeeee!

U know wats funny that I have 5 tanks! I barely got back into fish keeping I was out for a year or two and trust me I have enough tanks. There all in my attic and so far only got two of them set up a 55 gallon tank which is running but empty since im remodeling and a 10 gallon with the the little fantail. But in the Attic I have 2 20 gallon and and I have LOADS of betta Jars and I recently bought a 20 gallon vertical tank. So space is not a problem..Lets say i just to come here a little often long time ago... ;)

Well, you could give the 20 to the fantail and get some white cloud minnows.

what sort of filtation are you using for your fantail by the way?

Ive seen those at the Pet-Store! 1.99 EACH!! :hyper:

The filtration Im using is a Penguin Bio-Wheel..It was origanally for a 20 gallon tank.

For a 10 gallon tank you can easily have a dozen of the minnows.
