Hi! I was thinking about doing a community tank.
I need your thoughts. I was thinking about getting 3 mickey mouse playts along with
2 Otocinclus catfish and 2 ghost shrimp. I would like to put in a dwarf gouramis but not sure if this would be too many fish.

I'm not 100% on this but I think the adding the dwarf gourami would put you over the top.

Otos don't do well in small tanks in my experience as their staple food is algae. Dwarf gouramis are also a dead loss as most are infected with an internal bacterial disease. Sparkling or honey gouramis are a better gourami choice and pygmy cories are far better than otos.

I had a feeling that the dwarf could be too much. I think I would prefer the pygmy cories.
But right now their not available in my area.
