1 Down, Another One Sick.

Yes you will need some fresh carbon pads as they are only really effective for around 4-5 days. The carbon pads aren't really recommended to be run in the filter 24-7 unless you have a prob with tannins from bog wood etc. Once you have used carbon to remove meds from the water you'd prob be much better replacing it with another course sponge for bacteria to grow on and it would benefit you alot more than leaving a practically useless carbon pad in the filter on a day to day basis.

Do a 30% water change and run some black carbon for aday before adding the worming med.
Once you finished the worming med add the anti internal bacteria med by interpet. But do a water change and run some black carbon for a day to two.

worming med finishing tonight after 2 days, so 80% water to do, then (a little help?)
anti internal bacteria med by interpet? without black carbon?
will i add any primafix or melafix or stress coat at anystage (when)?

Don't add carbon when using the interpet med it wil remove the med.
Just follow the worming med instructions. If it says run black carbon after use do so.
Then add the interpet med once you removed the black carbon.
