anyone seen these about yet?

Tropica reckon its going to revolutionise the way we buy out plants. Just read about them in the new PFK, they sound ace!

They come in a ??special gel?? and can be hung on a peg without light for upto 6 weeks and still be fresh when taken from the tub.

Hmmm. They do this to plants in some US large chain petstores. They look awful. But Tropica is Tropica, so we'll see.

i think there will be some headaches for the first 6 months or so, but then it will be ok.

the gel enables the plants to actually grow, as opposed to the ones now being stuck in some poorly lit, no ferts, no co2 LFS tank.

I read soemwhere that the plants die off at first with the gel.
