plant lighting

Hey all, I have not posted in quite a while, but I am looking for some suggestions on buying a cheaper light for a 5g. I just set up my 5g again after months in storage, and I need a new light, obv a plant light btw. I am looking at 50 dollars or cheaper. Any responses welcomed. TIA...

Hey. I forget what type of plant this is, but lately the new leaves have been coming in more see through and light/light red. My light is getting kind of old so I was thinking it was a need for more light?
