What about the beneficial bacteria in the gravel? We just changed to filter b/c the water had an odor and it was a month old and I’m worried that gravel cleaning will lead to a loss of Good bacteria and an ammonia or nitrite spike. I will do a master kit test again in an hour to recheck numbers.
