Setting up a new tank and I bought an external Hydor heater. I planned on running it on a marineland 360 canister filter, the problem is I didn't realize that the hose for the canister is quite a bit larger than the 5/8" hose barb for the Hydor Heater. I got in my Marineland C-360's and was wondering what kind of media you guys set them up with. It has the foam, carbon, bioballs, and ceramics. I was planning on removing the carbon and replacing that with ceramics, or bioballs. Also do you guys leave in the foam?

Thanks, I'm going to probably go with 2 x c360 as long as you guys don't think it will be to much current. I guess my next question is what do you guys like for lighting and heaters? I used to use jagers, still the same?

It won't let me edit my post, so basically my options are for my 284 c220 rated for 208 liters with 832 liters per hour c360 rated for 378 liters with 1362 liters per hour c530 rated for 567 liters with 2006 liters per hour.
