Although it seems your cycle has completed be aware that your bacterial colony will not be as robust as a well established tank. You would do well to be careful of overloading your filter in the early days.   Congratulations though.

Top up the ammonia and continue as normal, it doesn't seem there are any problems.

 have a Jewel Rio 125 in good condition. With filter heater etc. Looking for £90 Oh forgot to say I removed the internal filter so the filter to be supplied is a Fluval 305 external.

A 20 gallon tank is not very big so I would say you are trying to do too much. If you have an internal filter why do you want a moving bed filter?
