Crawfish seem like 2-6” and my mollies are 1.8-3”

I just caught this fresh water crawfish and I was wondering about their diet? Can I add it to my Molly tank would is it going to eat my Mollies?

It was 75 but I changed my sand to play sand so I’m not sure atm. They were all eating and swimming well, but out of nowhere Started to isolate themselves and then swimming awkwardly->getting skinny->not eating->death

I’ve been losing my fish one by one. Water quality is good and temp is 80. What I noticed is their face is losing color or missing scales. (2nd) (1st)

He’s been with with me for a few months (at least 3) The back spots started on the dorsal fin then the tail. Once developed they stay..at least so far. Nothing new has been added besides dechlorinate water.
