Hi, I'm new and clueless lol we've had our tank about a month now. I noticed last night my female molly has one bulging eye and is hanging out by the heater. What do I do?? What does this mean?? I've also attached a pic. I've been keeping the tank lights off since too.

The tank is 12 gallons. What are some of the stress signs? I think the females seem to be ok. I just feel bad because they can't seem to ever catch a break from him and enjoy life lol
