toss some filter floss into your filters. thats should pick up all the small debris.

i think ur jack dempseys and convicts may create ww3. im pretty sure they get very agressive when mature.

take the three original habitants out and put em in a bag. rearrange the tank, put the new fish by himself for acouple hrs, then reintroduce the other three after a couple hrs. it should confuse them and create less aggression. a trick i learnt cant garentee it works all the time :S
