Ok, so I bought it second hand, I don't know, I'm pretty sure it's LED. And I can turn off the blue. I can adjust both white and blue intensities. I recently got a lot of plants, including corkscrew, anubis, elodea, and dwarf hairgrass, and I really want them to survive.
