What do i so to stop the scales from growing?  is it hurting his eyes?!  will he go blind!?

Yeah he's a dragon scale! amonia is good and Ph level is fine he seems really healthy.  

My betta  fish's eyes have cloudy spots on his eyes.  usually its  clear i think.  He's white with metallic blue, and the cloudy spots on his eyes are blueish metallic.  The spots don't cover his entire eyes, just some.  What is this?

    yeah im doing about 20-50% wc each day, i think i got fin rot under control, im just worried about him not eating anything but worms.
