I think its soft. I looked it up and i found something that said that my areas hardness is 5 grains per gallon.

So I'm planning on setting up a 20 gallon freshwater planted tank. It will have a filter that was meant for a 30 gallon tank. I want the following fish/invertebrates already: 6 Cardinal Tetras 2 Dwarf Gouramis I was looking for a good fish that was about 3-4" in length. It would be nice...
