Sounds good. And perhaps you’re right about the bristlenose plecos but they won’t outgrow the current tank for at least a year... Like I said they’re gonna go in the bigger tank once set up
I used to own a 45 gallon with goldfish and a orange betta, no problems. I’m keen on hiding places, plants, etc for a balanced and healthy ecosystem (as I view it)
He hasn’t flared up or attacked them, and to me, seems to enjoy the orange one following him. I did have small tetras in there but they nipped at his fins, he’s looking much better now. I did have to take back a blue male platy because he was nipping at him and only a couple of times did I see...
Hello guys, thanks for replying to my thread. This is a filtered 5 gallon tank. I do 2 week water changes and the plecos are dwarfs. I haven’t set up my larger tank to do more things with, especially and mostly plants. These guys will be put in there once it’s ready to go.
