Hi everyone,
Recently my bristlenose plecos started breeding (one male and three females). So far two times I have seen the male sitting against and fanning the eggs - around 15 or so. Each day the eggs become smaller in number and after 3-5 days they are gone without a trace. I have one...
Right now I'm doing a 50% water change so the fish are a bit crowded, meaning I cant get a pic of the dg at the moment. I will get a pic when the water level is at 100% again. When I got home the dg was laying on a 45 degree angle and his head has turned more grey. I think he is going to die ;( ...
Ok thanks. Also I noticed this morning that about one third of the front of the flame dg has turned a greenish grey and it is now always staying on the bottom. Help??? :(
Hi everyone,
I have two clown loaches, one 10cm and one 8cm. I am going to sell most of the fish in my tank and start afresh but I am unsure of what I should sell the loaches for.
Does anyone know an accurate price that I could sell them for?
Thanks
The flame dg has started to rest on the bottom of the tank more, the neon blue dg has also became a little bit more aggressive towards it. And the flame dg will very often make the action with his mouth of when he is trying to eat food, but he is doing it in open water, when there is no food...
Your tank is way over stocked, I would be looking at water quality.
That tank is too small for clown loaches they grow to over 12 inches long and you need at least 5.
That tank is too small for 4 Bn plecs.
These should be kept in groups of 6.
Yeah I am aware that the tank is too...
They are with 4 rummy noses, 5 neon tetras, 2 pepper corydoras, 2 glass catfish, 2 clown loaches, 3 pristella tetras, one sucking catfish and 4 bristlenoses (3 adults 1 young one).
And I just set the temp to 24 as well ;)
