Just a little update I decided to add more biological media to the filter added some bio home ultra mini and it appears to of done the job here is tonights log and the graph showing levils over a time period. everything seems to be going in the right direction. My 700 litre marine setup...

Im new to keeping fish but having done research raising the temperature is a good way to help clear it as well as treatment. The temp you can go upto will also depend what fish you presenly have in tank. Have a google while you waiting for a reply from one of the experienced people on here there...

Hi Im new to fish keeping and am where you are now but the levels are now within a safe margin in my tank. The advice you get here will be spot on. with regards to a test kit I got this one and appears to do a good job its around £40 but you get what you pay for

I been looking at the Juwel Vision 450. They look nice in black. As said above Maidenhead Aquatics just up road from me has a stunning oak surrounded tank I would love it but its persuading the other half.
