Ok, fish have been Isolated and treated for a full 4 days now, the lumps have not gotten any worse but not any better yet either. No other fish in the main tank have shown any symptoms thankfully I'm hoping whatever it is was caught in time.

Thanks for the advice guys,I have treated the tank with salt at the moment, I have a new isolation tank and some anti internal bacteria medication arriving tomorrow. I will take the infected fish out and treat them separately as well as treating my main tank.So far I can'tsee any others infected...

Had them about a year. Tank is 240 litres. No others showing anything that I can see as of yet.   Nitrite = 0.1-0.3 Nitrate = 5-10 PH = 8 Amonia = 0
