Update - he is with another Oscar and a common pleco, just started seachem stress guard and the abrasion is healing.

He’s back in his tank with his mates

I do weekly 25% water changes and this is a hole happened after his head got hurt. He was fine in the morning, by the time I came home he had freed himself and was hurt. I take my water to get tested at the pet store.

I just noticed these white spots on my fish. None of the others have it, just him. It isn’t spots it’s streaks on his dorsal fin. What could it be?
