I see. How long intil the eggs in her mouth hatch? (Im assuming the eggs were fertilized 1 - 2 days ago maximum) Can I remove the babies from her as soon as they hatch? Or should I wait a few days?

Pea puffers are very territotial and will kill whatever you put there. Specially in a tank so small. I wouldn't recommend.

No? You can't tell wether or not the fry will be blue or electric blue. All you can do is find out which is the dominant and which is the recessive gene and work out a probability for each fry from there. Some will be blue some will be electric blue.
