Oh that makes sense. My substrate's pure white sand and if they were trying to blend into the substrate then it's no wonder why they're so pale. Angelfish is is only 3 inches tall. I am going to get a larger tank very soon. Thanks! :lol:

My lovely snakeskin gourami isn't eating much. In fact, he rarely eats nowadays. I feed him the same thing as the other fish: flake food, but he doesn't seem to have an appetite. Then I tried the brown sinking pellets. Other fish love it, he doesn't. Then I try live food life frozen blood worms...

30 gallons? I have 3 15 gallon tanks and one of them has 2 angelfish and a gourami in it. They live peacefully together and are healthy as can be. Store owner said my angelfish wouldn't get so big (or tall for that matter). Prolly 3-4 inches.
