Just wanted to update everyone....I've done several more water changes and the ammonia is down to 1 ppm. I'll be doing another one shortly. The nitrates and nitrites are also at zero. Just wondering...how low should I bring it down to?

Thanks for all your help everyone. I appreciate any input. I did a 50% water change yesterday and noticed the fish were much more active. By nightfall, they were less active but at least weren't hiding. I'm about to do another water change but will take your advice and test the water first...
