I have one neon tetra that has popeye. I have moved it out of the main tank to a hospital tank and have been dosing 1ml of melaflex for almost 14 days. Still no sign of the popeye reducing. Any suggestions on what should i do at this point?

Found a banjo catfish dead last night. Did a water change to help get any of crap out of the water. The poor guy died overnight and my fish ate his whole head. Nothing but bones and a tail. He was small. The other banjo has a large belly, almost like its pregnant. I think it might be a female.

No, the water has never stained my drop checker. Good investment, how often do you change the water in the drop checker though. Its such a pain to clean also

Make sure you put a sponge of some sort over the filter. Other wise the babies will get sucked up. I use the foam blocks and put a slit in the middle with scissors. Then I slide that up over the filter intake. Try to get the thickest foam block you can. I know that I get the 1 inch last time...

thats exactly what happened to me. I got 2 sets of orders. 1 had super bright red shrimp, the others were so so. They had babies but the babies keep popping out clear. Ugh!!!

not sure if you care about breeding or not, but your CRS and cherry reds should not be together as they will cross mate. I could be wrong. also, how big of a tank are we talking. Alot of mine like to come out at night and scavenge. And its a shrimp only tank.
