False julii's.   I know the temp is a bit higher than the fish's recommended temps, but through my research and from other fishkeepers i've seen temps from 80-85 for only that short QT length of time is alright.

during cycling yes, higher heat will help the bacteria colonize faster. I guess if you're fish seem fine it's not much to worry about. Just for future reference. :)
