The male and the female have been in 2 weeks and I added two other females to the tank over the weekend. I have a 20 gallon tank. I was also thinking along those lines but I wanted to get opinions from some one who has done this longer than me. Thanks for the response!

Hi, seeing as that I am new to the hobby, I have my tank stocked with 3 female Platy and 1 male. The females are always out and about swimming but the male either hides in the plants or in the whiskey barrel I have and rarely comes out. Does anyone have any input on what could be causing this...
