The water is fine. I did a water change a few days ago.

Yes I’m sure, they both have gravid spots and used to get chased but now just watch as the other one gets chased by all 3 males

The female that was getting chased is a lot more calmer now.

They seem to have stopped but they were doing a mating dance.

Now all of my neon tetras look like they are trying to mate with each other.

It definitely looks like they are trying to mate with each other. It looks the same as males mating with females.
