I always have success with keeping salt in the fry tank and start them off on a squished cooked pea, then start them onto flakes. Livebearers like vegetable matter and squished pea makes an easy small soft food for the first week

Hi I am wondering how often everyone does water changes. I dont like doing them often myself the fish seem fine with it but ive read it should be done more often? I have done only 25% every other week and fish seem okay. And I add aquarium salt for my mollies every time. Has kept them living good.

Had that issue with my mollies years back, didn't eat much fry and at one point the tank had over 50 and it was just too much. Lucky I was able to find those homes.
