No, they’re literally under the fishes scales and the fish looks like it’s going to pop which is why I’m thinking if it does not get better soon the best option would be putting it down.
No, I use a bucket and gently pour it in I have no idea why this is happening all my other seem perfectly healthy ive even just taken out my fine filtration media in case that’s trapping bubbles and making these micro bubbles or something but I think if it gets worse I may have to put the fish down.
Ive just had a read of it. And yeah I did do a water change a couple of days ago by tank doesn’t appear to be cloudy from the bubbles and all my other fish seem fine.
I’ve been meaning to get some for a while but just plain forgot glad I’ve got some now anyway but the other 3 are fine are very active it was just the ill one that wasn’t very active.
I’ve got some sand on the way to replace the gravel for the remaining corys and am not planning on getting anymore fish for a good while when there’s some more space in the tank, but the the fish that remain are 3 neons, 1 guppy, corys and 2 small amano shrimp.
Unfortunately the Cory has died and a tetra went with it but other than that all the other fish seem happy and healthy but I will look into one of these test kits
