Thanks, thought that might be the case. Wasn't fair keeping the lil fella all by himself anyway. He was the last one in the aquatic shop, so wanted to give him a decent home at least. 

The little dude didnt make it, he went stupidly quickly.  His 'excrement exit hole' (to be nice) was a dark red colour, looked like it was sore.
