did amonia test , hes only been i his tank for two days and it said that it was 0 parts millionth

how inaccurate are they???????????? at least are they accurate enough to keep my fish from getting nitrate or amonia posioning ????

yes i have a declorinator and a filter, the tank is a 2.5 betta bow, and i dont know what you mean as far a cycling
