3 of my guppies mysteriously died in the last week. Ones currently in a hospital tank. All my water parameters are what they should be. All fish experienced the swim bladder symptom before dying. Could this be related?

There was no massive water changes. Ammonia nitrate and nitrite were all reading 0. The PH is 6.5. The tank size is 6 litres. Only additive was the tap safe I put in as I set up the tank
