    thanks for replying mam. I will get another 2 corys because they are so cute. I have a book on tropical fish and it said I could keep up to 22 (2 inch fish) quite comfortably. I wouldn't get 22 fish, (allowing for growth room) Is this wrong ? the bigger of my fish is 2 inch the rest are...

    I have heard that a one or two drops of clove oil in a dish with the fish in it, is another way to humanely kill the fish, is this right? :sad:

    Declawing

    It should be against the law. I would never ever have my cat declawed. It is in the nature, its a feline thing, would you ever see a lion, tiger or anything feline declawed, thats the way they get their food.

    Rosy Barbs attacking male guppy

    Thanks for your replies, much appreciated. I think my large female guppy is responsible now, as she keeps chasing the other female guppies and nipping their fins, and also the golden loach. :fish:

    I bought 3 rosy barbs to mature my fish tank, my fish tank is now matured. I bought 2 male guppies and 4 female guppies (as I want to breed them), but I think one rosy barb in particular has attacked the male guppies and killed one of them. I watched them this evening and a female guppy...
