I've just added some fin rot stuff into the tank hopefully that works got tetras rasboras thistlenose pleco mollys

Thing is he is moving and swimming around and eating but every so often he just drops to the bottom or just lays on top of the plants very strange and just tested the water with api freshwater kit Nitrate- 0ppm Nitrite-0ppm PH- 7-7.2 Ammomia- 0ppm

Can anyone help please Corydora is showing strange behaviour darting up to the drop but barely able too, He's just laying on the plants literally like this Is his fin rotting or has he been attacked? What should I do? As I think he may die soon Thank you
