what would any other signs of a head infection be? All of the other fish are happy and look healthy. water parameters are good PH 7.4, 0 ammonia/nitrite, nitrate has dropped slightly but will test again later tonight as water change was only just done.

I’ll keep a close eye on her! Is this something that can come on with age? Because she was absolutely fine before and I’ve had her for almost a year now and can’t say I’ve noticed any signs of injury. Thank you so much for your help!
