The fat sticking out spikes is dropsys and it's fatal :(
If your fish are dying and one has dropsys your water stats are probably off! Have you tested your water for ammonia, nitrites & nitrates lately? :)
My guppy gave birth EXACTLY one month after the 1st to the day!
My platies are usually ~5 weeks! Today is exactly 5 weeks since she gave birth on sept 16th last! Right now she's acting weird and is giant, she's probably going to drop tonight! :D She swimming up and down, stressed, poor girl...
This is cool! This was a fish I got from the LFS randomly when they gave me my bolivian rams. It was a regular colourless fry, then developed the male parts, and now is super colourful with endler-y colours!
It was so hard to get a good picture. Under the light the colours are super neon...
Parasite guard to the rescue! It seems to have worked! One fish I bought who I thought was pregnant (had clamped fins.. I should have known) I put it in the parasite-treating tank and now it is normal sized with no clamped fins, and swims around happily yay! :D

Thank you so much! :D I'm going to do everything you suggest. Can I treat for bacterial infection at the same time as the parasite or should I wait and treat separately?
My fish were showing signs of internal parasites (caved in bodies although I fed plenty, clear stringy poop), so I've been treating for interal parasites with parasite guard by tetra and this is day 3. The fish are already doing so much better!
1st question how long should I treat? Box says...
