UPDATE: Horus is doing much better! He had another episode of fin rot, which I treated. He has been moved into a planted 3.5 gallon tank which has driftwood and places for him to hide.
I moved him into a highly planted 2.5 gallon for now and I have realized that he has fin rot. One of my friends came over to look at the fish and agreed with me. (She has 4 betta fish in her care, all in 5-10 gallon tanks).

UPDATE: He is so much worse. I have no idea why he is so stressed. His water is fine and he has plants. I don't know if this is fin rot now... It's affecting his dorsal and his lower fins. He keeps glass surfing aggressively like he used too and I'm super concerned. I've been trying to keep...
That's pretty cool! :D My dad used to have a mini as well for a year or two before he sold it to buy a Range Rover. I wish my brother would help me with tanks, but he isn't into fish or tanks. Anyway, Horus, my betta, is doing a bit better once I put in the tall plant. He's been resting himself...
