I vote keep the pleco, though I'm a bit partial :) Always loved plecos! Generally I recommend getting removing the aggressor rather than the victim to prevent further problems anyway though. And I agree with Irhodes, rearrange the tank and then reintroduce them like its a new tank.

The mollies are perfect for your tank size, just not with all the other fish. The amount of mollies you have is perfect for your tank, but if you really want to keep the mollies you may have to get rid of some of the others. 

I don't know how this translates into kg, but the general rule of thumb is 1 lb per gallon... I assume it will not be planted, so probably ~10 kgs? 5cm is ideal, and like Antoniakr stated you may need sand depending on the stock :)
