Tank been set up since Christmas. One rainbow shark. And like a quarter of a wafer of that, which he never eats, so I usually remove after about and hour or so. He doesn't seem to eat anything but is fine and I've had him for like 4 months

Oh sorry you asked about the filter, so wipe it down weekly, so all the plastic bits and where the water comes out of and I change my 2 pads monthly
