Blue Amur Taiwan Bitterling ( Paracheilognathus himantegus ) in with other assorted rainbow fish, or potentially some barbs???

Nice one. I started researching about keeping fresh water mussels alive in a home aquarium because of this thread! I know it's a big challenge. But what a fantastic project it would be to have a tank with breeding bitterlings, and fry living inside the mussels. There was a mad YouTube clip I...

Blue Amur Taiwan Bitterling ( Paracheilognathus himantegus ) in with other assorted rainbow fish, or potentially some barbs???

Adult females tend to spawn in more than a single mussel during each spawning season, and multiple clutches from several females of one or more bitterling species may be hosted in a single mussel.

Blue Amur Taiwan Bitterling ( Paracheilognathus himantegus ) in with other assorted rainbow fish, or potentially some barbs???

Undergravel filtration and Cory group fish

This wasn't your specific point, but I feel one of the big mistakes in the hobby is how people love the variety of fish, but don't consider feeding habits and competition at feeding time. Arctic Copepod Powder

Maybe something like this Gary? Do you think all krill powder might be "equal" or like other fish foods in terms of hit and miss with quality? Am I looking for anything that says 100% krill powder? Or do you think it might come with fillers? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/306481209970
