The shape and colouring does make it look very similar to some I've seen in the Malawi section at my local aquatics, but I wouldn't know for sure.

It's not a krib, it's too big and doesn't have the pink colouration on it's belly. I think it is a Melanochromis auratus. Here's a better pic :)
