:S We have a Rekord 70 and we have 5 zebra danios, 1 male siamese fighting fish, 2 angels, 5 neon tetras and 3 yoyo loaches:

1 of our zebra danios is bullying all the other fish and has taken over 1 half of the tank and if any of the other fish swim to that side he fights them away.

Please help as we don't know whether to remove it or what to do.

Thank you

how long have you had the fish together?
It sounds like a pecking order thing to me.
Although danios can become very aggressive as they get older, to relive this its best to add two more danios, providing there is room of course.

As a side note
Yoyo loaches and angels will grow way to big for the tank you have now, Appologies if you already knew this.

Had them together about 4 weeks, only just started happening about 3-4 days ago?

Thanks for the tip on the loaches and angels.we are moving to a bigger tank as they grow.

:hi: to the forum. Introduce yourself in the newbie section.

You could attempt to quarantine the bully for some time. That might calm it down, though the stress might result in death (not highyl likely). You could attempt to add other danios. This might get the danio interested in its own species, especially if it wants to breed.
