I got a male and female sailfin molly last week, unfortunately the male was ill and I had to put him to sleep. I put the female in an isolation tank to treat for the whitespot she came with, went out last night and came back to millions of babies!!!!

They are much bigger than our platy babies and already have distinct colours. We didnt realise the female was pregnant so its a nice surprise after the disappointment with the male

Yes I have added some carbon to try and get the meds out of the water asap. The spots have gone so I hope I havnt removed the meds before the free swimming ich could be killed but I dont want to hurt the babies. I'll keep an eye on them all
