I keep seeing this in posts what is it? What does it mean?

It means someone doesn't know if they've spelled a word right or not.

Also, '(sic)' means a word spelt wrong but the person speeling (sic) it knows that it is speelt (sic) wrong

This is often used when quoting another person who has spekt (sic) something wrongly.
